Hello, I'm Mrs Richards, I have been a nursery nurse for 25 years and have worked at Troon CP School for the past 19 years on and off between having my own family. I enjoy being out in the countryside and being creative. I would really like to illustrate a book and love reading books to the children, my favorite has to be 'The Hungry Caterpillar.' I've made my own dressing up outfit ready for world book Day when we dress up!
Hello, my name is Miss Honey. I am a qualified nursery Level 3 practitioner and I have worked in childcare for 10 years. I have three children and love to be outside exploring. My favourite book is Monkey Puzzle by Julia Donaldson.
My name is Miss Broglino and I have worked at Troon School for 3 1/2 years with various classes however I made my way down to down to the EYFS in January 2021. I work in the nursery during the mornings and in Eric Carle class during the afternoons and thoroughly enjoy interacting with the all of the children and being part of their learning and play in school. On Wednesdays, I will be continuing my professional development by attending college to complete a Level 3 in Childcare.
A couple of my favourite stories are “Owl Babies” and “Guess how much I love you” which are some that I remember from my own childhood and I was pleased to see that they are part of our reading spine at Troon so that I can share these during story times.
My hobbies outside of school include cold water swimming and coastal walks around Cornwall!
