ParentPay Online Payments
We are delighted to welcome you to the ParentPay online payment system at our school. The system will allow you to view balances and pay for the following items online without the need to send cash or cheques into school.
- Trips and events
- Before and after school clubs
- School dinners
You can use the same online account to link any children you have at this school and to link other children, you can simply sign in to your existing account and select add a child. If you have received more than one account access letter because you have multiple children at this school, create your online account as below for the first child and then link the second child using the instructions in the ParentPay welcome letter.
I don’t yet have a ParentPay account:
Visit www.parentpay.com and register your account. Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your details and add the unique username and password, as outlined in your parent pay welcome letter. If you need assistant creating your account, please contact Miss Hazzard in the school office.
I already have a ParentPay account for another child:
Log on to your existing account using your username (email address) and password. Select add a child from the homepage. Enter the unique online link code assigned to your child to add your second child’s account. Their name will then appear in the dropdown on the right-hand side of the screen.
Note: You only need your unique password when registering. It is no longer needed once your account has been activated as you will be prompted to create a password of your choice once registered. If you require a second welcome letter (for another parent, relative or carer to create an account), please request this from school.
